Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to support packaging operations and cGMP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires operating packaging equipment, monitoring in-process materials, and completing batch records. Candidates should have basic math, documentation skills, and the ability to work well in a team, with strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to interpret SOPs, batch records and work instructions.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions with minimal supervision, escalating issues as needed.
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to identify deviations or inconsistencies in processes or documentation.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned packaging machinery; service machines with materials, monitor status, and ensure smooth product flow.
• Start-up machinery, set up equipment, select recipes, enter data in SCADA/HMI; adjust as needed.
• Perform manual packaging tasks and rework in-process/finished materials.
• Move materials using light handling equipment and perform visual quality inspection.
• Maintain batch records and GMP documentation, complete logbooks, and perform routine calculations.
