Job summary

Qualifications

• BS required with 15+ years, MS with 10+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in Biologics/Drug Conjugates Product/Process Development or related roles
• Strong knowledge of bioprocesses including upstream/downstream processes and aseptic processing
• Experience in data analysis, regulatory compliance and cGMP environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer of API/DS processes from development to Foundry, focusing on purification and scalability
• Monitor manufacturing processes, analyze data, and author technical reports and change controls
• Support creation/review of batch records, process descriptions, and risk assessments ensuring regulatory compliance
• Collaborate across Foundry, PRD/CMC to achieve project goals
• Lead or assist investigations and CAPA to maintain product quality and timelines
• Provide scientific input during audits and mentor junior staff in lab procedures and data analysis
• Apply scientific knowledge to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
• Collaborate with Tech Lilly and Digital Innovation to adopt transformative technologies
