The role drives technology transfer, CAPA, and continuous improvement to accelerate pipeline delivery and ensure right-first-time manufacturing for biologics.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biology or related field.
• 12+ years in biologics DS development or manufacturing, with 8+ years in purification.
• Deep expertise in downstream unit operations including chromatography, TFF/UFDF, viral inactivation, and viral filtration.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing PTE team with deep technical expertise in downstream bioprocessing.
• Provide technical oversight for DS purification and conjugation tech transfer from Process Development to cGMP operations; drive risk analyses and scale-up.
• Serve as primary SME on the manufacturing floor; lead deviation investigations and CAPA closure.
• Collaborate across functions to streamline tech transfer, digitize documentation, and ensure lifecycle readiness of processes.
