Job summary

CONMED Sports Medicine is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the territory, including hospitals and ASC networks. You will build surgeon champions, provide clinical guidance, and collaborate with MDMs and full-line sales teams to expand utilization and ensure product pull-through.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of medical device sales experience in sports medicine or orthobiologics.
• Strong clinical credibility and ability to discuss procedures credibly.
• Proven track record of territory growth and account development.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the territory.
• Build surgeon champions and expand product pull-through with accounts.
• Identify new opportunities, align with MDMs, and support case coverage and education.
• Execute territory market development plans and support contract execution.
