Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to accelerate adoption of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory in the United States. You will work with surgeons, clinical teams, and cross-functional partners to build physician champions and establish BioBrace and MTF as preferred solutions.

The role emphasizes clinical credibility, strategic account management, and independent territory ownership, with a base salary plus bonus potential and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years in medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts with market expansion focus.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales reps to align strategy and maximize product pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance for successful product use.
• Lead product education, in-service training, and clinical discussions with surgeons and OR staff.
• Execute territory market development plans to expand penetration in priority accounts.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies to improve penetration and consistency.
