Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to champion BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory. You will work with surgeons and internal teams to build physician champions, expand utilization, and secure new accounts.

The role focuses on driving demand for biologic tissues and achieving territory growth. Strong clinical credibility and sales execution are essential to establish BioBrace and MTF as preferred solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required.
• Market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts with market expansion focus.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales reps to align account strategy and maximize pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use.
