Job summary

CONMED Sports Medicine is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across a defined territory in the United States. You will build surgeon champions, expand utilization, and secure contracts with hospitals and ASC networks while collaborating with internal teams to support access and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required.
• Market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory.
• Build and develop surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts, with a strong focus on market expansion.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales representatives to align account strategy and maximize product pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use and customer confidence.
• Lead product education, in-service training, and clinical discussions with surgeons and OR staff.
