Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory. This highly specialized sales role focuses on market expansion, surgeon engagement, and building physician champions to establish BioBrace and MTF as preferred solutions.

The candidate will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to create new opportunities, execute territory plans, and meet BioBrace-specific sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required.
• Market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory.
• Build and develop surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts, with a focus on market expansion.
• Partner closely with MDs and full-line sales representatives to align account strategy and maximize product pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to ensure successful product use and customer confidence.
• Lead product education, in-service training, and clinical discussions with surgeons, OR staff, and key decision-makers.
