CONMED Corporation in Chicago area is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and revenue growth for BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory. You will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, and internal partners to establish BioBrace and MTF as preferred solutions, building physician champions and sustained product pull-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years in medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales.
• Strong clinical credibility and product expertise.
• Strategic account management and territory ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products in the territory.
• Develop surgeon champions to accelerate awareness, trial, and conversion.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in target accounts.
• Collaborate with MDMs and full-line reps to align strategy and pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance to customers.
• Lead product education and in-service training with surgeons and OR staff.
• Execute territory market development plans to expand priority accounts.
• Support access via value messaging, pricing alignment, and contracts.
• Analyze territory performance and close growth gaps.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers.
