Job summary

CONMED Corporation is seeking a Sports Tissue Representative to drive adoption and growth of BioBrace and MTF across the territory. You will partner with surgeons, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders to build physician champions and expand utilization of CONMED’s advanced tissue portfolio.

Success requires strong clinical credibility, disciplined execution, and a proactive, owner mindset to achieve territory goals and contribute to strategic contracts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years of medical device, sports medicine, ortho biologics, or tissue sales experience required.
• Market development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth of BioBrace and MTF tissue products across the assigned territory.
• Build surgeon champions to accelerate product awareness, trial, and long-term conversion.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in target accounts with a focus on market expansion.
• Partner with MDMs and full-line sales reps to align account strategy and maximize pull-through.
• Provide hands-on case support and clinical guidance for successful product use.
• Lead product education, in-service training, and clinical discussions with surgeons and OR staff.
• Execute territory market development plans to expand penetration in priority accounts.
