Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is hiring for a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery position with training provided to operate high-speed bindery equipment. This full-time role runs on the day shift from 7a to 7p, offering overtime opportunities and a path to a long-term career in print manufacturing.

You'll be trained to set up and run bindery lines, monitor quality, and work collaboratively to meet daily production goals, while following safety procedures on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? We’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.) is a plus.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up a perfect binder.
• Keep binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
