• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read decimals, sizes and other measurements.
• Pride in doing quality work and meeting production goals.
• Reliable team player with a safety‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up a perfect binder.
• Keep the binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
