Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the day shift (7a–7p), full-time, with overtime opportunities. You will run high-speed bindery equipment and receive training to handle setup, quality checks, and paperwork on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical and organizational skills.
• Mechanical inclination with basic tools.
• Ability to read decimals, sizes, and measurements.

• Physically able to lift 30–100 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee performance and training of crew members.
• Train Assistant Operator and other crew.
• Delegate work duties to crew.
• Customize orders to specifications.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete paperwork and forms.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
