Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the day shift (7a–7p) in a full-time role. You’ll train and lead a crew on high-speed bindery equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency on printed materials.

Qualifications

• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Capability to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment.
• Willingness to train and supervise crew members.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities

• Perform set up, operation, and maintenance of the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee performance and training of assigned crew members.
• Train Assistant Operator and other crew as needed.
• Delegate work duties to crew and ensure coverage.
• Customize orders to specifications and requirements.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete paperwork and forms related to processes.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily job duties.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
