Sheridan Ohio, part of the Sheridan Group, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the day shift. You will operate high-speed bindery equipment, perform set ups, and train crew members to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and organizational skills are essential.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Must be a team player and capable of leading crew.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, operation, and maintenance of the Perfect Binder.
• Supervise the work performance and training of crew members.
• Train Assistant Operator and other crew members.
• Delegate work duties to crew.
• Customize orders to specifications.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete paperwork and forms.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily tasks.
• Other duties assigned by management.
