Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the day shift (7a–7p), full-time with competitive pay and overtime opportunities. You will train and lead crew on high-speed bindery equipment, perform setup and maintenance, and ensure quality while completing required paperwork.

We're seeking hands-on individuals with mechanical aptitude, strong math skills, and reliable attendance who can lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced team environment on a full-time basis with

Qualifications

• Must have good mechanical and organizational skills.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Team player with ability to lead and direct crew.
• Physically able to lift 30–100 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform all setup operation and maintenance of the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee the work performance and training of assigned crew members.
• Train Assistant Operator and other crew members.
• Delegate/assign work duties to crew members.
• Customize orders to specifications/requirements.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete processes related to paperwork and forms.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily job functions.
• Other duties assigned by management.
