Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for a day shift (7a–7p) on a full-time basis. You’ll set up and operate high-speed bindery equipment and participate in training of crew to maintain quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Good mechanical and organizational skills.
• Able to read decimals, sizes, and measurements.
• Must be a team player and able to lead crew.
• Physically capable of loading bundles 30–100 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee performance and train crew members.
• Train Assistant Operator and other crew members.
• Delegate work to assigned crew members.
• Customize orders to specifications.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete related paperwork and forms.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily duties.
• Other duties assigned by management.
