Qualifications

• Good mechanical and organizational skills.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Must be a team player with ability to lead and direct crew.
• Physically able to load bundles 30–100 lbs.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Team-oriented and dependable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all setup, operation, and maintenance of the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee performance and training of assigned crew members.
• Train Assistant Operator and other crew members.
• Delegate work and assign duties to crew.
• Customize orders to specifications.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards.
• Complete paperwork and forms related to processes.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily duties.
• Other duties assigned by management.
