Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Manager to oversee all BIM/VDC processes for assigned MEP projects, ensuring seamless design integration and coordination across disciplines.

You will develop federated models and lead clash detection from design through construction. The role requires hands-on Revit expertise, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC, and familiarity with Sysque and Plant 3D.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Revit and BIM/VDC coordination in MEP for industrial, pharmaceutical, and/or heavy commercial construction projects.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM/VDC processes for assigned MEP projects and ensure seamless design integration.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate federated BIM models for multi-trade coordination.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts before construction to minimize field issues.
• Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and as-built documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate layout of mechanical piping, ductwork, and plumbing systems; support pre-construction layout.
• Maintain proficiency in BIM software and apply best practices for content creation and standards.
