VEC is seeking a BIM/VDC Specialist (Mechanical) to develop mechanical models, coordinate with contractors and field teams, and ensure QA/QC of BIM deliverables.

You will work with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Procore to create constructible models, perform clash detection, and optimize layouts, supporting remote teams and site visits.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and adherence to NEC codes, with a focus on accurate documentation and project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BIM/VDC for mechanical construction.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam and Procore.
• Ability to collaborate with contractors, project managers and field teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop mechanical models in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Perform clash detection and resolution with other trades.
• Coordinate with foremen and project managers to align with field requirements.
• Update as-built models reflecting field revisions and NEC compliance.
