Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. seeks a BIM/VDC Lead for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects. You will oversee BIM processes, coordinate federated models, and run clash detection from design through build, ensuring seamless interdisciplinary integration.

You will produce 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documents, and support content creation and standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong collaboration and leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on BIM/VDC coordination in MEP.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM and VDC processes for assigned MEP projects.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate federated BIM models for multi-trade coordination.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and other tools; resolve conflicts pre-construction.
• Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documents from BIM models.
• Coordinate layout and design of mechanical piping, ductwork, and plumbing systems.
• Manage shop drawing and model production to support self-perform work.
• Maintain proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Sysque, Plant 3D, and BIM content workflows.
• Keep BIM Manager informed of status and resources.
• Collaborate with project teams to solve design challenges and drive delivery.
• Ensure deliverables meet codes and quality standards.
• Support BIM execution plans and coordination schedules.
