Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Integrated Construction Coordinator I to coordinate VDC processes and resolve field coordination issues with project teams. You will plan and implement BIM/VDC workflows using Mortenson platforms and provide reports throughout all construction phases.

The role requires a degree in construction/engineering and BIM/VDC training, with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in construction/engineering or equivalent field.
• Beginner/intermediate BIM/VDC software training completed.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Understand construction law and business practices.
• Intermediate Office and project software skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes across platforms.
• Act as point of contact for VDC processes during all phases.
• Document work processes to align with company standards.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing in the Integrated Delivery team.
• Perform daily work planning.
