Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator I to lead and oversee Virtual Design and Construction processes across project phases in Denver. You will work with staff at all levels to implement VDC workflows using multi-software tools and ensure accurate coordination.

This role requires a Civil/Construction degree and at least two years of related experience, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field and Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Familiarity with game engines (Unity/Unreal/Lumion) and parametric analysis tools is a plus
• Intermediate BIM/VDC software training completed
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and communication skills
• Microsoft Office and project management tools proficiency
• Positive, professional attitude and customer service mindset
• Ability to interpret Mortenson policies and lead teams effectively
• Open to change based on input and feedback
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes through technology platforms
• Oversee BIM/VDC activities including 4D planning, 3D coordination, and design reviews
• Provide point of contact for construction team on VDC processes and reports
• Assist in training on VDC processes
• Participate in Mortenson’s IDAT community of practice
• Daily work planning and process documentation
• Other duties as assigned
