Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator I to implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes across project phases. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

You will plan, supervise BIM/VDC workflows using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and related tools, support training, and contribute to Mortenson's IDAT

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in construction/coordinated BIM/VDC environments.
• Proficiency with BIM/VDC software including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and related tools.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows (4D/5D), field data collection and VR/AR visualization is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes across project phases.
• Oversee BIM/VDC workflows using listed software and integrate with design and field teams.
• Provide point of contact for construction team on VDC processes and reports.
• Assist in training on VDC processes.
• Actively participate in Mortenson's IDAT community of practice and share knowledge.
• Daily work planning and documentation to improve current processes.
• Other duties as assigned
