Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator to lead VDC processes and oversee BIM-related activities across project phases. You will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, driving efficient digital delivery and maintaining high integrity and confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and leadership skills, with experience in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and broader BIM/VDC platforms.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field and Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes through appropriate technology platform
• Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction
• Assist in training on VDC processes
• Daily work planning
• Document work processes to improve or change company standards
• Other duties as assigned
