Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator I to lead and oversee Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) activities across project phases. You will implement 4D scheduling, coordinate model workflows, and support field teams with BIM/VDC tooling.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to changing project demands. A technical degree and at least two years of related experience are preferred, with proficiency in Revit,

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu.
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field/Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with game engines (Unity/Unreal), Dynamo, Grasshopper, Solibri is preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and understand construction law basics.
• Microsoft Office, project management tools, and web applications at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes across project phases.
• Coordinate BIM/VDC workflows including 4D scheduling and 3D visualization.
• Serve as point of contact for construction teams on VDC processes and reports.
• Assist in training on VDC processes and participate in IDAT community of practice.
• Support daily work planning and document processes to improve standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
