Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator I to implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction processes across project phases. You will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

Your role will plan and coordinate VDC workflows using Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and related tools, lead training, and contribute to Mortenson’s IDAT community of practice while ensuring accurate documentation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent degree in civil/ construction fields and 2+ years related experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes across project phases
• Oversee BIM/VDC workflows including 4D planning, 3D visualization, and 3D coordination
• Serve as point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes
• Assist in training on VDC processes
• Participate in Mortenson’s IDAT community of practice and share knowledge
• Perform daily work planning and document work processes
• Contribute to process improvements and enforce standards
• Other duties as assigned
