Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Integrated Construction Technician to support the Virtual Design Construction team. You will prepare and maintain Building Information Models throughout the construction process, collaborating with the VDC group and project stakeholders.

You will produce 3D models, manage model changes, and update project information across locations. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse teams under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or minimum two years producing electronic construction documents.
• High competency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu.
• Familiarity with BIM 360 Field/Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D models.
• Incorporate changes into models during preconstruction and construction.
• Update information to project locations and coordinates.
• Assist VDC team with coordination models and workflows.
• Support the VDC team across preconstruction and construction phases.
