Job summary

Arcadis is looking for a BIM Team Manager to join our North America Places Group. This hybrid role supports design and engineering teams on high-profile projects, ensuring standards and innovation in BIM practices.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in BIM, strong leadership skills, and expertise in tools like Revit and Civil 3D. Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience with BIM standards and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project BIM standards and procedures.
• Lead ACC administration and model coordination processes.
• Recruit and develop BIM staff with training programs.
• Monitor and report on BIM KPIs and deliverables.
