Job summary

Arcadis is looking for a BIM Team Manager to join their North America Places Group in a hybrid role, which can be based anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for supporting the Design and Engineering team during high-profile projects and implementing BIM standards to deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in BIM environments and deep expertise with leading multidisciplinary teams. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments; 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks.
• Demonstrated capability in automation and delivering quantifiable process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement BIM standards and project templates.
• Lead ACC administration and integration with project management systems.
• Establish model coordination processes and oversee model lifecycle integration.
