Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments; 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capability.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement BIM standards, templates, and QA/QC checks.
• Lead ACC administration and establish model coordination processes.
• Recruit and develop BIM staff; monitor utilization and resource schedule.
