Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Team Manager to join our team in the North America Places Group. This hybrid position can be based anywhere in the United States. You will support the Design and Engineering team by implementing BIM standards and managing multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in BIM environments and a proven track record in automation and stakeholder management. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments, 5+ years leading teams and establishing standards.
• Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D; knowledge of Bentley desirable.
• Demonstrated capability in automation and delivering process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project and BIM standards.
• Lead ACC administration and establish model coordination processes.
• Recruit, develop, and manage BIM staff, and monitor BIM KPIs.
