Arcadis is seeking a BIM Team Manager to join our team in the North America Places Group. This hybrid position can be based anywhere in the United States. The BIM Team Manager will oversee standards, automation, and model-driven delivery across engineering disciplines.

Applicants should have over 15 years of BIM experience and 5 years in leadership roles. Arcadis offers competitive salaries from $130,000 to $150,000 along with comprehensive benefits including medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments; 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D.
• Strong capability in automation and delivering process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement BIM standards tailored to project types.
• Lead ACC administration in the BIM environment.
• Recruit, develop, and manage BIM staff.
