Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end program and project management for BIM Central, accountable for operating rhythm, planning discipline, and on-time delivery of outcomes.

The role leads cross-functional collaboration within GOES-Tech to govern BIM strategy across asset lifecycle, vendor relationships, and data governance, ensuring reliable, auditable processes and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline, manage plans, drive deadlines and quality, resolve risks and blockers.
• Own tooling & standards: define planning approach, manage PM tooling, set standards and system of record.
• Drive reporting end to end: own data, accuracy, and delivery of external reports, surface risks and program health.
• Drive the operating cadence: run recurring forums, set agenda, drive decisions, hold owners to commitments.
• Drive planning: own goal-setting and quarterly planning, ensure timely commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: manage agenda, content, facilitation, logistics and results.
