Job summary

CBRE's BIM Central program seeks an experienced BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery across planning, risk management, and execution. You will define standards, manage project plans, and drive timely reporting to leadership within GOES-Tech.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, balance competing priorities, and ensure the quarterly planning and BIM Summit deliverables meet quality benchmarks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set planning discipline and drive team to deadlines and quality.
• Own tooling and standards: define planning methods and project-management tooling.
• Drive reporting end to end: manage data quality and external reports surfacing risks.
• Drive the operating cadence: run recurring forums and hold owners accountable.
• Drive planning: manage quarterly planning and alignment.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: agenda, content, logistics, and results.
