Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager to own program and project management for BIM Central, ensuring on-time execution and adherence to quality standards across the asset lifecycle. You will drive planning discipline, tooling, and reporting, coordinating cross-functional teams and senior leadership communications.

The role sits within GOES-Tech and supports CBRE's digital-twin vision, with compensation described below and a strong emphasis on governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline, own the project plans of record, and drive to deadlines and quality.
• Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans and works, own the project-management tooling and standards.
• Drive reporting end to end: own data, accuracy, and delivery of all external reporting and surface risks proactively.
• Drive the operating cadence: manage recurring team forums, set agenda, drive decisions and follow-through.
• Drive planning: own goal-setting and quarterly planning, coordinate inputs and alignment.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: responsible for agenda, content, facilitation, logistics and results.
