Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager within BIM Central to own end-to-end program and project management across the asset lifecycle. You will establish planning discipline, drive the project plans of record, and ensure on-time delivery with quality.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing tooling standards, and delivering proactive risk-based reporting to leadership. Strong data-driven decision making and PMP familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• PMP certification and process-improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline and drive the team to deadlines and quality.
• Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans and works and set the standards and system of record.
• Drive reporting end to end: own data accuracy and delivery of all external reporting; surface risks and program health.
• Drive the operating cadence: own recurring team forums and hold owners to commitments.
• Drive planning: own quarterly planning and ensure timely commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: agenda, content, facilitation, logistics, and results.
