Job summary

CBRE seeks a BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of BIM Central initiatives within GOES-Tech. You will set planning discipline, manage project plans, and drive the team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

You will define tooling, standards, and the system of record, while driving end-to-end reporting, risk management, and quarterly planning. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline, own project plans, drive team to deadlines and quality bar.
• Own tooling & standards: define planning tools, set standards and system of record.
• Drive reporting end to end: own data accuracy and external reporting, surface risks and health.
• Drive the operating cadence: manage recurring team forums and hold owners to commitments.
• Drive planning: oversee quarterly planning, align inputs, ensure on-time commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: manage agenda, content, facilitation, logistics and results.
