CBRE's BIM Central within GOES-Tech is seeking a BIM Program Manager to own program and project management across end-to-end delivery, ensuring on-time execution, quality, and risk resolution within the BIM strategy across the asset lifecycle. This role leads planning discipline, tooling standards, and reporting, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive quarterly planning and leadership reviews.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery: planning discipline, plans of record, and drive the team to deadlines and quality.
Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans and works, own tooling and system of record.
Drive reporting end to end: data accuracy and delivery of external reports, surfacing risks and program health.
Drive the operating cadence: run recurring team forums, set agenda, drive decisions and accountability.
Drive planning: own goal-setting and quarterly planning, align inputs and commitments.
Own the BIM Summit end to end: agenda, content, facilitation, logistics and results.
