Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end program and project management for BIM Central within GOES-Tech. You will oversee planning discipline, project plans, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality standards across the team.

You will define tooling standards, drive reporting, and manage the quarterly planning cycle, BIM Summit, and cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams. Strong data and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set planning discipline and drive team to deadlines.
• Own tooling & standards: define planning tools and system of record.
• Drive reporting end to end: ensure accurate, timely external reports.
• Drive the operating cadence: lead recurring team forums and follow-through.
• Drive planning: manage quarterly planning inputs and commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: agenda, content, logistics, results.
