Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of BIM Central initiatives across the asset lifecycle. You will establish planning discipline, manage project plans, and ensure on-time execution while governing tooling, standards, and reporting to leadership.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and experience shaping process improvements across large tech-enabled programs in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline, own project plans, drive to deadlines and quality bar.
• Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans and works, own PM tooling and standards.
• Drive reporting end to end: own data, accuracy, and external reporting, surface risks and program health.
• Drive the operating cadence: manage recurring team forums, set agenda, drive decisions.
• Drive planning: own goal-setting and quarterly planning, ensure on-time commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: agenda, content, facilitation, logistics, results.
