Job summary

CBRE's BIM Central team within GOES-Tech seeks a BIM Program Manager to own program and project management for BIM Central end to end, accountable for operating rhythm, planning discipline, and deadlines and quality standards the team delivers against. This role sets the bar and is responsible for reliable, on-time execution.

You will lead cross-functional work across the asset lifecycle, own the tooling standards, drive reporting, cadence, quarterly planning, and the BIM Summit end to end,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: set and enforce planning discipline and drive teams to deadlines and quality.
• Own tooling & standards: define planning approaches and manage project-management tools.
• Drive reporting end to end: ensure data accuracy and surface risks to leadership.
• Drive the operating cadence: run recurring team forums and ensure follow-through.
• Drive planning: lead quarterly planning and align team commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: manage agenda, content, logistics and results.
