Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery for BIM Central initiatives. You will set planning discipline, manage project plans, and drive on-time, high-quality outcomes, while addressing risks and blockers.

You will define tooling standards, oversee reporting, and drive the quarterly planning cycle and the BIM Summit. This role requires 3+ years in program management, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and enforce planning discipline to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Own tooling & standards: define how the team plans and works, and set the standards and system of record.
• Drive reporting end to end: data accuracy and delivery of all external reporting and risk surfaces.
• Drive the operating cadence: manage recurring team forums and ensure follow-through.
• Drive planning: lead Quarterly Planning and align inputs to commitments.
• Own the BIM Summit end to end: agenda, content, facilitation, logistics and results.
