Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a BIM Modeler II to provide accurate modeling and documentation for projects and standards. You will work with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit families and efficiently model tasks with minimal supervision.

You will also set up views, templates, and filters following Rosendin standards, document progress, and ensure confidentiality and IP protections. This role requires strong BIM skills and coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Revit, ability to create and manipulate views, sheets, schedules.
• Familiar with BIM processes, standards, and coordination practices.
• Experience with electrical drafting conventions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide modeling for project delivery and standards.
• Develop Revit Families for standards or project needs.
• Set up Revit views, templates, and filters per Rosendin standards.
• Document progress and coordinate with the team.
