Job summary
Rosendin Electric is seeking a BIM Coordinator III to lead the daily BIM coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, and electrical disciplines. You will independently manage complex model integration, perform advanced clash detection, and ensure model accuracy aligned with project standards.
You will support field teams, drive efficiency, and contribute to Rosendin's employee-owned culture by delivering high-quality BIM deliverables and collaborating with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years BIM coordination experience, with electrical construction focus.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Autodesk) are a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM model coordination across architecture, structural, MEP, and electrical systems.
- Perform advanced clash detection and resolve coordination issues with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D electrical models from design docs, sketches, and field input.
- Enforce BIM standards and Rosendin's program guidelines to ensure model integrity.
- Prepare detailed MEP coordination and electrical shop drawings from 3D models.
