Job summary

Rosendin in Charlotte, NC is looking for a BIM Modeler II responsible for providing modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. This role entails efficient modeling and documentation under minimal supervision, as well as developing Revit Families and setting up Revit views.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, knowledge of Revit and industry-standard software. Benefits include an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, 401(k), and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with electrical symbols and drafting conventions.
• Ability to read 2-D plans, including one-lines and schedules.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and efficient modeling and deliverables.
• Work with the Lead Modeler on developing Revit Families.
• Document progress of assigned work following project standards.
