Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Modeler III to lead modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. This role acts as a leader of the production team, supervising modeling and documentation while ensuring model quality and coordination files across disciplines.

You will mentor staff, provide clear direction, and apply advanced Revit skills to produce accurate drawings and construction documents in alignment with scope, schedule, and budget on electrical projects.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computerized Drafting, Architectural Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ total experience with electrical drafting conventions and standards.
• Proficient in Revit with ability to lead model teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the modeling and documentation of projects.
• Provide effective verbal and written direction to support staff.
• Manage project models, resources, and impacts on scope/schedule/budget.
• Create and maintain Revit models following REI standards.
