Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial construction with 2+ years dedicated BIM/VDC experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate digital information into field-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Field-Integrated BIM coordination lead on site, aligned with construction sequencing.
• Develop, manage, and maintain federated models across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty scopes.
• Run clash detection and issue resolution workflows focusing on constructability and field execution.
• Support look-ahead planning by identifying upcoming coordination risks before they impact the schedule.
• Mentor junior team members on tools, processes, and professional growth.
