Job summary

MMR Group is seeking a BIM Tech to join our Atlanta, GA office and support design development across multiple projects. The role involves coordinating models, creating shop drawings, and producing as-builts in collaboration with electrical and process trades.

You will read contract documents, apply NEC knowledge, and work with site foremen to integrate modeled work into the built environment. In-person work 40h/week is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have BIM Coordinator/Detailer/Modeler experience.
• Proficient in MEP REVIT and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design models including coordination, shop drawings and as-builts.
• Model content and coordinate with other trades; read drawings and prepare sketches.
• Assist with system design, site surveys, and RFIs; ensure compliance with codes and specs.
• Work with project management to resolve issues identified during reviews.
• Maintain logs for RFIs, transmittals, and drawings.
