Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. seeks BIM Tech candidates for our Atlanta, GA district office. Responsibilities include designing models, coordinating with trades, and producing 3D drawings and as-builts using MEP REVIT. You’ll work closely with project teams to resolve clashes and ensure code compliance.

The role requires experience as a BIM Coordinator/Detailer/Modeler, strong Excel skills, and the ability to function on-site in Atlanta with up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience as BIM Coordinator, Detailer, or Modeler.
• Proficient in MEP REVIT and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design models including coordination, shop drawings, and as-builts.
• Coordinate the design with other trades and review drawings for conflicts.
• Support RFIs and submittals; maintain logs for drawings and transmittals.
• Work with site foremen to ensure modeled work aligns with built environment.
• Perform site surveys and field measurements as needed.
